Legal & Financial - Residence Permit

Residence Permit can be easily obtained for individuals living in Cyprus, who own a property on the island.

Temporary Permit

Temporary residence status can be from one to four years.

It requires:

• Having Bank account in Cyprus
• Property Sales agreement or property Title Deeds
  

Permanent permit

It requires:

• Having Bank account in Cyprus
• Property Sales agreement or Property Title Deeds
• Established evidence of a secured annual income of not less than CYP£5,600 per person plus for each dependant CYP £2,700 *
